As we live in the country, the default driving directions from most web based programs, some GPS devices, and almost all smart phones, will most likely get you lost if you use "585 County Road 5 Toledo".
Instead please use "585 County Road 5, Rideau Lakes, ON K0E 1Y0" as your destination. Some programs like "585 County Road 5, Portland, Rideau Lakes, ON K0E 1Y0" as the destination. It is all the same - our mail is delivered to Toledo, but technically most of our property is in Portland and our township is Rideau Lakes. Confusing? You bet!
